Digital products and payment boundary
The catalog describes Codex Starter Skill v1.0.0 at HK$0, SEO Autopilot v1.0.0 at HK$199, and AI Operator Workflow FREE at HK$0, PLUS at HK$59, and PRO at HK$159. Existing products may use Lemon Squeezy hosted checkout. AI Operator Workflow Preview uses Stripe test Payment Links and server-verified protected delivery when the required configuration is present. Stripe is a payment processor for this flow, not the Merchant of Record; CHU Studio remains responsible for the product, description, quality, license, support, applicable taxes, refunds, and disputes. Live checkout and production payment service remain disabled.
Approval and controlling language
English is the controlling legal edition. If there is any inconsistency between this translation and the English version, the English version will prevail, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. The effective date remains unset and will be the date of the first approved production launch.
